Engraved Design
This Engraved Zen Vedic Series bowl is hand-finished with a symmetrical floral composition built around large central palmettes that rise from the lower body, each one fanning upward into curling leaves and tendrils that arch outward to meet the next motif. Between the palmettes, dense floral scrollwork fills the surface with rounded daisy-like blossoms, smaller flowers, and finely hatched background work that gives the design a layered, woven quality. A fine beaded band traces the upper rim and a delicate floral border rings the lower body, framing the composition between two clean lines, while the lathed interior is left smooth and unadorned, returning attention to the bowl's pure resonant voice. The Zen Singing Bowls Vedic Series is hand-crafted in India by skilled artisans working in a long-standing metalsmithing tradition.
